Serving as the Master Servicer enables Meridian to independently verify all accounting calculations in real time, enables Meridian to verify and validate tax and insurance for the entire mortgage portfolio on a single common platform, and enables Meridian to consolidate and standardize all delinquency and default functions portfolio wide. |
