Meridian’s loan servicing application, Noteminder, is the leading windows based software application for servicing Seller-Carried Real Estate Loans. In fact, a significant percentage of the seller-carried real estate loans in existence in the United States today are serviced by independent, third party loan servicing agencies using Meridian’s proprietary, purpose-built loan servicing application. All licensed users of Meridian’s Noteminder™ platform must, in exchange for a license to use the software, agree to solicit the seller-carried real estate loans they service on the system for purchase by Meridian. In so doing, licensed users include advertising materials on a quarterly basis in with the checks and payment notifications they send to their private party lenders, these materials being directed toward Meridian’s purchase of the beneficial (lender’s) interest in the subject real estate mortgage. Meridian is the West’s largest privately held purchaser of discounted seller-carried real estate loans. |
